1. First, the dry material is mixed with syrup and oil to produce a grain material. These materials are mainly oats, puffed rice, peanuts, and of course, often added to other grains or incision dried fruit.
2. The grain material is fed into the feeder and spreader system via a tilted conveyor.
3. The feeder and spreader, including a feed tank and two counter-rotating rolls, process the grain material into a loose plate of constant thickness.
4. Forced compression rolls provide integration of grain panels to meet requirements.
5. The air cooler ensures that the grain quality is fresh and fresh.
6. The Cross Cutter system cuts the grain panels into final grain bars of the same size.
